Foundation course in person
May and June 2026
We are forming again a group that will consistently meet for 4 weeks, exploring the topics of Comfort, Safety, Bonding, and Curiosity.
This is a great opportunity to join yourself and also with your friends and go through this journey together.
The group will be 6-8 families.
Thursday from 10:15-11:30am
May 21st and 28th, June 4th and 11th
AND
June 18th and 25th, July 2nd and 9th
Every group is different so you are welcomed to join more than one time, deepening the knowledge.

Continuum course in person
June & July 2026
Explore New Course
Building on the Foundation Course, the Continuum Course explores the next layers of movement development through the lens of IDME. Together we deepen our understanding of how babies move, organise, and transition through different developmental patterns and positions.
In a supportive and interactive environment, we will explore themes such as:

Flexion & Extension, Baby Ball

Spiral movement patterns
-
Coming into and transitioning between positions
-
Homologous, Homolateral & Contralateral patterns
The course offers practical and playful ways of moving, holding, and supporting your baby while creating space for their own movement exploration and curiosity. Through movement, observation, and shared experience, parents and caregivers are invited to develop more confidence, sensitivity, and support for themselves and their babies.
The group will be 6-8 families.

The first year of life is a crucial time for your baby’s development. As parents and caregivers, it is natural alongside all the joy and new discoveries, to also feel overwhelmed or unsure if you’re “doing it right.” While we often focus on milestones, the important steps in between can sometimes be overlooked.
We are trained in movement development and are here to help and support — creating a safe and nurturing space. Together we will explore gentle, playful activities that encourage confidence and curiosity, while honouring both your baby’s natural development and your own journey as a parent.
We work with the four main pillars of Comfort, Safety, Bonding, and Curiosity as the foundation of our work with babies and their caregivers. We also focus on reflexes and their integration, as well as movement patterns and movement development.
When we gain a deeper understanding of what is truly happening during this special first year, we can better support and give space to each baby’s natural growth.

In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, in beautiful studio k77 The Nest is hosting series of Baby Movement Groups.
Every Thursday 10:15 and from 11:45
Pricing (sliding scale):

One session: 14 -19 euros

Four sessions: 60-80 euros
What to bring: your baby’s favourite toy and something cosy, like a blanket, to help them feel comfortable.
There will be blankets, mats and some toys in the space as well.
