NEW Baby Movement Groups are starting in April and in May 2026
We are forming again a groups that will consistently meet for 4 weeks, exploring the topics of Comfort, Safety, Bonding, and Curiosity.

This is a great opportunity to join yourself and also with your friends and go through this journey together.
​
The group will be 6-8 families.
Thursday from 10:15-11:30am

March 19th and 26th, April 2nd and 9th
AND
April 16th, 23rd and 30th, May 7th

Every group is different so you are welcomed to join more than one time, deepening the knowledge.

The first year of life is a crucial time for your baby’s development. As parents and caregivers, it is natural alongside all the joy and new discoveries, to also feel overwhelmed or unsure if you’re “doing it right.” While we often focus on milestones, the important steps in between can sometimes be overlooked.

We are trained in movement development and are here to help and support — creating a safe and nurturing space. Together we will explore gentle, playful activities that encourage confidence and curiosity, while honouring both your baby’s natural development and your own journey as a parent.

We work with the four main pillars of Comfort, Safety, Bonding, and Curiosity as the foundation of our work with babies and their caregivers. We also focus on reflexes and their integration, as well as movement patterns and movement development.
​
When we gain a deeper understanding of what is truly happening during this special first year, we can better support and give space to each baby’s natural growth.

In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, in beautiful studio k77 The Nest is hosting series of Somatic Baby Movement Groups.​
​
Every Thursday 10:15 - 11:30am from October 2nd onwards​
​
​​Pricing (sliding scale):

One session: 14 -19 euros

Four sessions: 60-80 euros
​
What to bring: your baby’s favourite toy and something cosy, like a blanket, to help them feel comfortable.
​
There will be blankets, mats and some toys in the space as well.
